We’re growing again, and currently seeking an IT Analyst to join our team of passionate employees


Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the IT Analyst will be responsible to:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer, and software issues reported to the help desk
  • Replace or repair defective parts and equipment
  • Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
  • Maintain IT asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up for clients
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups for clients
  • Create, change and delete user accounts
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, off-hours, for clients
  • Maintain proper documentation for clients as well as internal processes
  • Purchase hardware and software following set procedures with guidance from IT Manager


Required qualifications:


  • Computer Technology/Computer Science Diploma or A+ Certification and two to four years’ prior experience with providing workstation and network support


Required competencies:


  • Windows 7 8, and 10; MS Exchange, Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 2010, Office 365 and common desktop applications
  • Working knowledge of general network infrastructure and principals
  • Experience in virtualized server environments
  • Experience in data networking, access control systems, electronic surveillance, Cisco VOIP desired
  • Knowledge of networks and WAN connections
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in order to meet deadlines
  • Must be a reliable self-starter able to work alone or with supervision
  • Ability to work as a team member and to assist / cover the responsibilities of others as needed
